Shipping

We ship within India from our Noida office via Blue Dart & shipping is currently free for all over the world. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 7-14 working days*.

*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.olbees.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

Orders Multiple Objects

If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at info@olbees.com  with your order number, we shall do the needful.

Shipment Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. 

Order Delays

Firstly, we'd like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please email us at info@olbees.com & we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product. If damaged, we request to return within 5 working days. For returns please contact us at info@olbees.com.
